As a travel concierge, I take the time to understand your travel goals and preferences. Through Van Plan’s, my custom curation process, I want to ensure that you enjoy a hassle-free vacation. My ultimate goal is total peace of mind, so you can forget about the stressful planning and details and just focus on enjoying your vacation. Unlike travel agents, I am not tied to any specific brands so I am able to cast a wider net in making your trip the best it can be. Think of me as your travel personal assistant. I can do as much or as little as you like to fit your needs.

How does Van Plans Work?

Step 1: Connect

To ensure a highly personalized experience, you’ll first meet with me, Van, for a complimentary planning session. We’ll dive deep into your passions, goals and preferences, get all your questions answered, and make sure we’re a good fit for your travels.

Step 2: Let Van Plan

I’ll use the information provided in our planning session to customize a specially curated itinerary just for you. Agreed upon items will be loaded into your custom Bublup Dashboard, an interactive brainstorming app used for your itinerary planning. Once your itinerary is complete, we will meet again so that I can present your itinerary and if adjustments are needed, we’ll work to refine your itinerary to your exact specifications.

Using your Bublup dashboard as your guide, experience your destination with ease knowing it was all specially curated just for you!

Standard individual itinerary planning up to 5 days

(each additional day is $25)

Standard group itinerary planning up to 5 days

(each additional day is $50)
**What constitutes a group? A group is more than 2 decision makers and payers that I will be directly working with. A family of a mom, dad and children is NOT considered a group.

Itinerary Replan (itinerary replans due to your lack of timeliness in booking) $50.00 additional

Change of package (changing from Standard “I plan, U book” to full service): difference in cost of packages and a $50.00 fee to adjust scheduling

Rush fee (for itineraries due within 1 month of booking): $25.00

Additional modifications beyond the one included in standard itinerary planning: $25.00

30-minute planning session

I Plan U Book Package: Itinerary is fully planned with an action log and checklist. Planning includes, accommodation and flight consultation, activities and restaurants. You are responsible for all your bookings in a timely fashion based on guidance provided

One round of modifications to itinerary*

Additional $200.00 per itinerary
(Total $400 for up to 5 days)

Payment due in FULL before itineraries are started

Additional Terms and Conditions:

ALL PAYMENTS MADE TO VAN ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Itineraries are presented no later than 3 weeks from travel date unless turnaround time is shorter. In that case Van & Client will agree upon Itinerary presentation date.
Van has the right to turn down any itinerary where I feel I cannot deliver the standard to excellence of which I am known.

Van’s Travel & Tours offers retail concierge travel services to travel clients, which are provided by separate and independent vendors of travel services. Van’s Travel & Tours does not operate, control, or otherwise provide the services of the independent travel vendors. Hence, customer agrees Van’s Travel & Tours acts only as agent for the client in acquiring transportation, hotel accommodations, sightseeing and other privileges, or services for the clients’ benefit, and on the express condition that Van’s Travel & Tours shall not be responsible for any loss, accident, injury, delay, defect, omission or irregularity which may occur or be occasioned, whether by reason of any act, negligence or default of any company or person engaged in or responsible for carrying out any of the arrangements, or otherwise in connection therewith.
